Guilherme Tambarussi Bozzo
He currently studies in a Master program at São Paulo University (USP), with specialization in Civil Procedure Law. He graduated in Law at the same institution (2011).
Scientific Methodology and Civil Procedure Law Professor at Escola Paulista de Direito (EPD). He worked on the Education Improvement Program (“Programa de Aperfeiçoamento do Ensino” – PAE) at São Paulo University (USP), a program designed to improve the pedagogical system at the University, between 2013 and 2014.
Researcher in the fields of Civil Procedure Law and Commercial Law, he is currently developing researches focused on Brazilian Civil Procedure theoretical review and its readjustment to new social realities, specially those present in commercial or corporate relationships.
His research also includes the review and improvement of existing procedural techniques and the creation of new ones based on real problems that he experiences as a lawyer.
He was a researcher on Commercial Law and Civil Procedure (2010-2011), linked to the Sao Paulo Foundation to Support Research (Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo - FAPESP), has developed researches in the themes of interim measures and court challenge of corporate resolution.
He Is a member and was a Director of the "Departamento Jurídico XI de Agosto", a pro bono entity linked to São Paulo University Law School.
As a lawyer, he works in litigation cases of medium and high complexity, designing alongside with the team procedural and material strategies to be adopted in clients interests defense. He participates in medium and high complexity negotiations involving social, commercial, civil and bankruptcy disputes and he also works in administrative procedures in regulatory matters.
