Researcher in the fields of Civil Procedure Law and Commercial Law, currently developing researches in the following lines: (i) Alternative Dispute Resolution, especially its use by Public Administration; (ii) instruction, cognition and decision regulation in Civil Procedure; (iii) innovation and solutions in Bankruptcy Law.
